a. Purchases made between 13th August 2026 and 11th October 2026 are eligible for rewards.
b. This Voucher entitles you to any one of these assured rewards: Free Movie Tickets for 2 (Mon-Fri) or Free Pizza Meal for 2 (Mon-Fri) or Rs. 350 Swiggy Voucher at participating outlets in select cities. 
c. A single bill/invoice with a value of more than Rs.2,599 or Rs.2,999, based on the city of purchase will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
d. Offer not valid for dealers, distributors, employees of Neeman’s Private Limited, Premier Sales Promotions, and their families.
e. One voucher per person, per mobile number, per email, can be availed during the promo, against a unique invoice.

Terms & Conditions – Movie For 2 (Monday to Friday)
1. This voucher entitles the user to 2 complimentary movie tickets at participating cinemas from Monday to Friday. Offer valid in select cities.
2. Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday to Friday. All booking requests submitted on Saturday, Sunday, or any public holiday will be attended to on the subsequent business day.
3. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days' advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
4. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
5. To avail of the offer, customers are to show the SMS confirmation or a printout of the e-ticket at the venue.
6. The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained.
7. Our concierge representative will try to reach you up to a maximum of 2 times within 48 business hours of your preferred booking date to confirm your movie tickets. In case the customer is non-contactable, the booking request will be cancelled and cannot be rebooked again.
8. Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
9. The offer is open to residents of India only.
10. This offer is not exchangeable for cash or for sale.
11. This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, IMAX, and other special screenings.
12. Redemption of tickets is subject to availability of seats.
13. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
14. The voucher is valid for the best available Silver Class seats and is not valid for special screenings, paid previews, premieres, and Gold Class seats.
15. The cinema voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
16. The cinema manager's decision is final, and standard cinema rules apply.
17. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
18. The list of participating venues remains subject to change.
19. The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie, excluding first-week release movies. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained.

Terms and Conditions – 1 Free Pizza Meal (Monday to Friday)
1. This voucher entitles you to a complimentary Pizza Meal (Pizza Meal will include 1 PAN Pizza, 1 Garlic Bread & 2 Beverages) at participating restaurants from Monday to Friday. Offer valid in select cities.
2. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternate slot or venue.
3. If you fail to cancel your booking 48 hours prior to the reservation, or do not show at the venue, your voucher would be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
4. To avail the offer, please flash the confirmation SMS upon arrival at the venue.
5. The set menu will include 1 Free PAN Pizza (Veg or Non-Veg) from select categories, 1 Garlic Bread, and 2 Beverages. Our concierge agent will confirm available options from the pre-defined menu at the time of booking.
6. Beverages and other items ordered which do not form a part of the set menu will be charged at actual.
7. Offer is available on Dine-in and Takeaway only.
8. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
9. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
10. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon a few conditions to be followed by the voucher holder. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder.
11. Participating venues are all contracted to participate in the offer and reserve the right to vary times and offer availability.
12. The promoters, its agents, and distributors cannot be held responsible for any restaurant subsequently declining acceptance of the lunch promotion for reasons of their own.

Terms and Conditions – Rs. 350 Swiggy Voucher
1. This Voucher Code is issued to add money to Swiggy Money.
2. Use of Swiggy Money will be subject to the terms and conditions available at https://cdn.razorpay.com/static/assets/wallet/tncs.pdf.
3. Once the amount is loaded to Swiggy Money in the form of a gift card, the amount carries a validity of 90 days.
4. The amount in Swiggy Money can be redeemed on all types of orders on the Swiggy platform except Minis orders.
5. The amount cannot be taken out/transferred from Swiggy Money and it can't be used to purchase any gift cards.
6. The amount can be used on multiple transactions on Swiggy.
7. The amount covers taxes, packing charges, and delivery fees.
8. Users not having a Swiggy account need to log in to the Swiggy app and create a Swiggy account to use these Voucher Codes.
9. Swiggy Vouchers cannot be returned, reloaded, or resold.
10. The Swiggy Voucher cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions that may be on.
11. Lost/stolen Swiggy Vouchers will not be replaced/compensated in any way by the Service Provider or any vendors associated with this promotion.
12. If the order value exceeds the Swiggy Voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the voucher holder using eligible payment methods available on the Swiggy app.
13. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher, i.e. Rs. 350.
14. Swiggy reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions to govern specific promotions that may be on.
15. Swiggy Vouchers are non-refundable, whether one uses them or not.
16. Swiggy Voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation, and the vendor shall under no circumstance exchange the voucher for cash.

8. 9. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices, scanned, illegible, tampered, or defaced bills/invoices will be considered.
10. Only the purchases made between 13th August 2026  - 11th October 2026 (60 Days) will be considered for rewards.
11. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products i.e. .

14. Photocopied, torn, or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
15. Customer purchase invoice should have customer name and mobile number. No registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
16. The customer will need to register the voucher within 15 days of their purchase or before the last date to register, whichever is earlier, failing which the voucher will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
17. A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email ID, per invoice during the promotion period.
18. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer.
19. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Company hold no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
20. Under this promotion, the Vouchers are being offered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. Company is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the prize offered with this Voucher.
21. No queries, claims, disputes, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by Neeman and its agency after 15 days from the date of the closure of the promotion period.
22. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.
23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
24. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
25. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
26. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Company's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Company reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Company suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
27. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
28. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Company will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
29. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. vouchers by the participants and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/availability of featured offers.
30. Promoter does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. or by the cashback partners. 32. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi.
